The bold colors, graphic design and extra roomy nature of the basket make it a unique storage solution. The lid ensures that clutter will be kept completely out-of-sight and the handles make it easy to transfer from one room to another. Each basket is made by a large cooperative of women in a rural mountain village in Western Uganda. Because a different woman weaves each basket by hand over the course of several weeks, no two are completely alike- resulting in a true one-of-a-kind piece.
